En janvier 2019, Disney Business Solutions inaugurera un nouvel espace de réunion au sein du Centre de Convention du Disney’s Newport Bay Club. 14 salons de 44 à 70 m2 de surface chacun s’articuleront autour d’un large foyer de 1150 m2.
Conventions, séminaires, plénières ou encore soirées bénéficieront prochainement d’un nouvel écrin à Disneyland Paris! L’ancien hall d’exposition Portland, d’une superficie de 2000 m2, a été entièrement ré-imaginé en un espace réceptif entièrement modulable, équipé à la pointe de la technologie et pensé comme une solution clé en main pour tous types d’événements.
Le nouvel espace sera composé de 14 salons, de 44 à 70 m2, agencés autour d’un foyer de 1150 m2. Couplées par deux, ces salles de sous-commission bénéficieront de cloisons amovibles pour être agrandies, et pourront être aménagées en théâtre, classe, conférences ou « U » pour s’adapter aux besoins de chaque événement. Le foyer, quant à lui, sera l’emplacement idéal d’une conférence, d’un cocktail ou d’une soirée festive.
Portland se situe dans le Centre de Convention de l’élégant hôtel Disney’s Newport Bay Club® entièrement rénové en 2016 qui dispose déjà d’un ballroom de 1 770 m2 et de 20 salles de réunion. La transformation de cet espace vient compléter l’offre existante, le tout à quelques minutes à pieds des espaces événementiels de Disneyland® Paris, des parcs et des gares RER, TGV, Eurostar et Thalys.
L’espace Portland ré-imaginé accueillera ses premiers événements dès janvier 2019.
